Antonia Antonia AntoniaCOLUMBIA (S.C.) Columbia (S.C.) In connection to the death by shooting of Terrell Sims one man was charged with accessory following the fact that he was the victim of murder. Columbia Police Department officers were constantly searching for Sims who had gone missing since the week of Christmas. They were also able to detain Taylor Wardlaw in connection with his death. According to officials, Eddie Brown (aged 30) was accused of being an accessory to his death. Sims was 26 years old when he was found at home in the area of Ervin Street in Columbia Dec. 20. According to the police report, his girlfriend Wardlaw declared Sims missing on in the early morning of Dec. 22. The body was discovered near the creek on Monticello Road Wednesday, and the Richland County Coroner, Naida Rutherford has confirmed that the corpse was the property of Sims. Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook states that Wardlaw is charged for murder and the possession of guns during a violent crime. Sims died from multiple gunshot woundsas per to the police.
